One of the most popular west african drums, it produces a wide range of sounds by hitting different parts of the drum head, comes in different sizes for adults & children. Tuned by single weave rope system, these drums have incredible sounds. Played together with dumdums other drums or solo.
Kpanlogo
A conga shaped authentic drum from the GA people of the greater Accra region of Ghana in West Africa, the Kpanlogo produces a rich warm, smooth and crisp sound. It is easily tuned and detuned (to match other instruments) by hitting the pegs around it to stretch or loosen the ropes. The Kpanlogo is played with hands can also be played with drum sticks.
DunDun
These double ended West African bass drums, also known as Dundun, are played individually or in sets of two or three.
They are tuned to different pitches and played with a large banana bell on top.
The DjunDjun is the bass line in djembe music and can be used to provide bass for other music as well.

Ewe Drums
These drums originate from the Ewe people of Ghana, Togo, and Benin; they can be played either with two wooden sticks, one hand and one stick, or both hands. Throughout West Africa, the Ewe people are known for their experience in drumming. The sophisticated cross rhythms and polyrhythms in Ewe drumming are similar to those in jazz. The style of drumming is similar to sabar drumming from Senegal.
Dondo/Talking Drums
Also known as the talking drum or squeeze drum, the Talking Drum is double ended. These Ghanaian drums come in different sizes. The pitch is altered by squeezing the drum under your arms. The drum is played with finger tips or bent sticks (included).
Xylophones/Balafon
Originating in West Africa, the Balafon consists of wooden bars of various lengths, each tuned to a specific pitch of the musical scale or to the native tuning. The Balafon is stretched onto a frame that has gourds underneath to give a melodic resonance when the tuned keys are struck with two padded sticks. Available in 6, 8, 10, 14, 18 (Balafon), and 21 (Balafon) keys.
